キャッチフレーズは「だまし売りのない世界へ」。消費者の立場からマンションだまし売りなどの悪徳商法、マンション投資の迷惑勧誘電話、貧困ビジネス、危険ドラッグのない世界を目指します。

 

 

私は新築分譲マンションを購入したのですが、隣地建て替えによって日照・通風がなくなる部屋であることを隠して販売された、だまし売り物件でした。引渡し後に真相を知り、売買契約を取り消し、裁判で売買代金を取り戻しました。

裁判中にマンション管理会社が駐車場料金を一般会計に算入しておきながら、長期修繕計画では修繕積立金に算入していたなどの問題も確認しました。そこで管理組合理事長となり、管理会社を独立系会社にリプレースしました。その結果、管理委託費を年間約120万円も削減でき、共用部の欠陥の発見などサービスレベルも向上しました。

これらの問題から消費者の権利や住民の権利が貧弱であることを痛感しました。多数の同種被害者が出るような問題は、それなりに弱者保護の運動体がありますが、個別性の強い問題は問題自体を理解してもらえにくいという問題を感じました。そのような個別性の強い問題に対応していきたいと思います。

There is a real estate scam in Japan. There is something very important I want to discuss with you regarding real estate trick sales issue. TOKYU Land Corporation and TOKYU Livable Inc. are real estate company in Japan. They sold the newly built mansion but deceived me by hiding the disadvantageous fact that the neighboring land was rebuilt and there was no sunshine, view, or ventilation.

Buying a home is a big life decision. It is not always a good investment. Buying a home from TOKYU Land Corporation and TOKYU Livable is a terrible investment. They practiced deception on me by hiding the truth. They make a mess. If everything could be painted white, then I would not buy real estate from Them. It was my failure to buy real estate from them. Real estate should be purchased from a reputable company.

 

Here's a story about the incredible, horrible and true nature of them. I can call them "social menace". Don't you think they are almost public nuisances, do you? I hate them more than you will ever know. I cannot forgive them.
